Evaluation of the usage behavior with Matomo

On our website Matomo is used for web analysis. Matomo uses text files (known as  "cookies") stored in your web browser. In order to enable us to analyze the website usage, the usage information stored in the cookie is transmitted. These data are stored exclusively on servers of the University of Freiburg and used by us to further optimize the website.

Your IP address, via which you access our website, is always anonymized. The saved session data will not be passed on to third parties. A combination of this data with possibly further stored data, as they arise when using other offers associated with the provision of personal data, does not take place.
